Every guru goes through identity verification and profile review before being listed. We also track performance using completed jobs, client ratings and Trust Scores. Providers who fail to meet our standards are removed from the platform.

Yes, before the provider accepts, it's free. After acceptance, cancellation fees may apply depending on how far the job has progressed. Check the order details.
